Renovation work on Block A at the Community Business Center is in full swing and will be completed in June.
The new block has a good location, not far from the Railway Station, and is a two-minute walk from the main transport routes.
The renovated building will feature a modern interior design, as well as offices of various sizes, which will be available for rent. Block A will have halls for meetings, conferences and events, as well as a co-working area. The building will also house a cafe, a showroom, various recreation areas and even a bank branch.
All CBC residents will have the opportunity to use free Wi-Fi, office equipment (printer/copier/scanner), private telephone booths, and reception services. There will be a small park in front of the office with outdoor seating.
A modern video surveillance and access control system will be installed in Block A. The offices will be equipped with “smart” locks that allow you to enter the premises in several ways to choose from: a key card, a fingerprint, a password or a smartphone.
Community Business Center offers three classes of offices: A, B and C.
Class A – 15 euro/m2
Class A offices are distinguished by individual interior design and are rented with furniture: comfortable chairs, comfortable work desks, spacious closets. Each workplace has all the necessary communications, including wired high-speed Internet. All you have to do is sit down and start working.
Class B – de la 9 euro/m2
The class B interior design is at the level of class A offices. The only difference is that they are rented unfurnished, but this can be corrected at the request of the client. Our designers will be happy to help you furnish your office.
Class C – de la 7 euro/m2
Class C offices look a little simpler, but the quality of finishes is still top notch. Some rooms even allow you to organize a dance or photo studio.
